Cautionary tales:

When I first came up with the idea for this dystopian series, way back in middle school, I had the line "We are a flawed experiment sent to die." This eventually progressed to the tagline of the series. It stands the test of time. It has its ring. But the aimed moral aka takeaway of series is simply: "Divided we fall. Don't let it happen." I plan on making these dystopian stories cautionary tales when looked at from a larger scale. They may go into heavy subject manners, or just end up building into the universe itself. When PA was written, the real world, or other works of literature, were not really searched for as references. Writing in a vacuum was the best approach to keep the world of the series real in its own confined space. This is still the intention going forward.
